Meet Dr. Nemnath Jain The Pathfinder Dr. Nemnath Jain is a first-generation technocrat from Indore who has spent the last six decades working tirelessly to promote social transformation. He had been a visionary in promoting and defending the rights of millions of farmers in M.P. who had switched to soy farming.<\/p>

Dr. Jain made the initiative at the right time to open the doors for exports of protein-rich, distinctive Non-GMO varieties of soya meal value-added products. Millions of farmers in Malwa, Nimar, and nearby parts of M.P. started getting value for their produces which in turn led to the overall growth of the society. In 1994, the philanthropic arm of the group PEF i.e. Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore was founded with the objective to educate the next generation of Indians by offering professional courses in engineering and management with a focus on research and consulting. The team of CEO Story had an opportunity for a quick interaction with Dr.Davish Jain \u2013 (President at Prestige Group of Industries & Chairman at Prestige Education Foundation) We started by asking what it is that a young company should learn from the market giants like Prestige. The president believes that there\u2019s a distinctive characteristic that makes his company fall into two categories. Firstly, there is a commercial system that is absolutely open and transparent; and secondly, they accept good times and difficult times with the equal demeanor.<\/p>

Explaining further he shares that one will need to foster an atmosphere where your people feel welcome and supported all the time. If you project a positive outlook on the company and its future, you\u2019ll notice that your employees will do the same. One can only lead by setting a good example.<\/p>

We then asked him his views on the post-pandemic world. Dr. Jain adds that many organizations have crumbled under the weight of Covid. The Prestige organization, on the other hand, didn\u2019t miss even a single day of production for edible oil which is a necessary food item. Additionally, he shares that all of their universities used online classrooms to give lectures to students at home without missing a single day of class.<\/p>

Elaborating more on the subject he states that post covid, he is seeing even more growth than pre covid. Crediting his leaders he adds that their leaders are top-tier individuals who regularly update curricula, add new programmes, and improve the experiential learning method. He elaborates that the team at prestige have created a blueprint for the next 15 years, and their diversification strategy is geographic dispersion with an aim to be in Pan India operation and eventually a global one<\/p>

The president ends his conversation by sharing a piece of wisdom from his plethora of experiences for all the young entrepreneurs. He shares that one should be true to themselves and must treat people fairly and if one does this, the world will respond likewise.<\/p>
